1- Browse through different store categories. Review product description
to meet your requirements.
2- Choose the product you would like and add it to your shopping
cart by clicking on it’s name. The browser will forward you
to checkout if you want to continue shopping click on "continue
shopping ".
3- When you finish shopping, click on "Checkout" button,
enter your information and shipping address.
4- At the bottom select the buying option "cash, money order,
checks" for payment by cash transfer or money order.
5- Complete your checkout and process your order.

Shipping and delivering orders:
Golden
Arabic Pieces will ship your order to any destination worldwide.
We use the Egyptian post service for "Standard
Shipping" (14-21 days). Express shipping (7-10 days)We
recommend Express shipping for faster and more secure delivery.
We don't stock books, we only get them when ordered, and so all
placed orders from Thursday to Tuesday will be send out on Thursday
morning and would take 10-11 days to be delivered by express
shipping or 21-28 days to be delivered by standard shipping InshaaAllah.
Shipping
cost:
Shipping costs are determined by order weight and destination.
The bigger the order is the less you pay for Express shipping.
Refund:
You
can return any
product for a refund
within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days, no returns will be accepted,
or refunds will be allowed.
Returned items must be in original unused mint condition, in the
original packaging and *the **product price* *will be refunded
to you.*
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item.

returns may not be received.
